Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and, for creators, your display name, bio, store details and profile picture.
• Purchase details: the product bought, price, date and the email used at checkout, including guest purchases.
• Product content: ebooks, images and text creators build or upload.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card number and payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by ReadyDigi. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the order details needed to deliver your book. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment information it processes.

How we use information

We use your information to run your account, deliver your purchases, send order and account emails, pay creators, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but you may need to log in again. See our Cookie Policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help run ReadyDigi (such as payment processing, hosting and email delivery), when required by law, or to prevent abuse. We never publish a buyer's email, phone number or order details. Creators see only what is needed to fulfil an order.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile from your account. You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
