Can buyers use guest checkout?
Yes. Buyers can pay and receive their download without creating an account.
When are fees confirmed?
The ReadyDigi fee follows your plan. The card processing fee is confirmed by Stripe after payment.
Are annual plans available?
Yes. Grow is $690 per year and Pro is $1,290 per year — two months free.
When does a new selling fee apply?
Your current plan sets the fee when each sale is made. Changing plans never changes an earlier sale.
How do I cancel?
When paid plans open, you'll cancel from the Account page in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I downgrade?
Choose a smaller plan from the Account page. The change applies at the start of your next billing period.
What happens to my products if I cancel a paid plan?
Your products and past sales are never deleted. Active-product limits follow the plan you're on, so you may need to choose which products stay live.
